Hi Na Maka Japan! It's me Liane-san. The snow looks wonderful, but how cold is it there?I'm so excited to meet all of you. This will be my second trip to Japan but first time to Tokyo. Cherry blossoms
Aloha ! Jen san !! How's your family ? I'm swamped...... Was happy to hear that you will visit Japan. Do you like cherry blossoms? Cherry blossoms are very beautiful. Late March through April is cherry blossom viewing season. Cherry blossoms are in full bloom for only a few days.The Japanese just love cherry blossoms. In Japan, it is a popular springtime recreation to go see cherry blossoms. The most famous viewing site is Ueno Park in Tokyo. It is full of cherry blossom viewers in spring. Rain, rain, go away...
Hi Koji & Na Maka Japan! It has been raining a lot in Hawaii. The Big Island and Kauai are experiencing flooding. My father, sister (who is going to Japan with us!) and grandmother are in Hilo on the Big Island. Their telephone line is not working but I have been in contact with them through email. They are okay. Because of all the rain, there is snow on top of Maunakea and Maunaloa on the Big Island. I hope to see cherry blossoms when we are in Japan! Stay warm and we will try to stay dry! Thank you very much Hawaii's Ohana !
Aloha ! We came back to Japan last night. Return flight time was about nine hours. I saw three movies. But'It was surprised to get off the airplane. Japan is very～～～～～ cold. It's39.2F..... I was able to relax very much this time. My condition was bad. However, I became healthy in Hawaii. I saw beautiful Sunset. And.....I listened to the Hawaiian music and drank MAI-TAI.
