Voggy Day
Hi Koji!

Your pictures look so professional! My camera is not so good but is okay for me. I took these pictures yesterday afternoon as the sun was setting. It was very orange because of the vog. It was very hazy all day. My "puppy", Griffey, was with me.

The food at the Outrigger Canoe Club was okay. The view from there is excellent though!

I'm glad that my sisters got to meet you!

Looking forward to seeing you in June!

Hugs to our Na Maka Japan family!

Love,
Jen Santo

Aloha!!
Hello Na Maka Japan family!

We miss you all and we miss Japan! We have so many wonderful memories of our trip.

These pictures are from my sister, Holly. She wanted to say "Thank you!" to Miwa for sharing her umbrella. She said that Koji is drinking "Japanese tea"?? The picture of Sayuri is the day we had to leave. Thank you all for helping us make this trip so special!

I did not get to see the sakura in full bloom. It must be beautiful.....

Take care!
Love,
Jen Santo

Thank you Na Maka Japan!
We just wanted to send you a note to thank you all for such a wonderful time in Japan. We all enjoyed ourselves very much. Although we missed our family at home very much, we now miss all of you as well. We wish we couldn've stayed longer and spent more time with all of you. Can't wait until you come back to Hawaii.
Thank you again!

Skiing in Japan
The ski tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Just the bus ride to Karuizawa was worth it. It was so nice to see the country and the SNOW! The children enjoyed snowboarding so much! Thank you to Sayuri, Koji and Miwa for helping us plan the tour and make the reservation. Thank you to Kaori, Yukako, Tomomi and all the other Na Maka dancers who came to the bus station to see us off. Their assistance at the bus station was greatly appreciated. Luckily, the resort had an employee who spoke English (Tamura-san) and he was extremely helpful. The ride home was long (4 1/2 hours) but it did not dampen our spirits after a beautiful day in the country! Thank you!!!!

I go back to work tomorrow. It will be a long day for sure.

The pictures include my sister, Holly, snowboarding and of Tracy tubing.

Take care!
Love,
Jen Santo
