Aloha !Jen san !!
We went to Shirakawa-go yesterday.Shirakawa-go is very far.We danced Hula there. However, it was rainy yesterday. Shirakawa-go was very cold（48F) (>_<)。。。However, we enjoyed very much!!

| Relax in Hawaii!

Hi Koji!
The weather has been sunny, a little hot and muggy but beautiful! When you come to Hawaii, I hope that you can relax and bring your blood pressure down. We are all looking forward to seeing you and Sayuri!

I went to the hospital yesterday.My blood pressure fell a little.But,I take medicine every day. Therefore ,I am in poor health.
Japan is rain today.The outside is chilly a little. Is the weather of Hawaii good?

Aloha all!
Good to hear from you and wanted to assure you that I'm FINE! I had surgery for girlie stuff and am healing very well. This Wednesday makes 2 weeks since my surgery and I'm ready to go back to hula. This Thursday, I have my appointment and expect the doctor to give me the "thumbs up" for return to all activities! I can't wait!!! Thank you for your concern.
We've had a bunch of fundraisers and performances lately. Been busy! Thankfully, everyone is healthy and getting excited about Japan & Hong Kong...can't wait to see all of you soon! Today makes 141 days until we get there. Seems like time is moving so slow!
Koji-san, take care of your health! You need to take care and watch your diet - no/little salt!
I hope this finds the rest of you well and in good health. It's getting late here, so I'm going to bed...oyasuminasai!

Today's Japan is very hot.It's 29℃(84F)(>_<)
It is the same temperature as Hawaii.
However, Japan is not a paradise. I want to see your photograph.
Shannon san !The picture of Momo is very cute. My condition is bad now. I have high blood pressure.Because I have a lot of big stress.(>_<)・・・・
I want to relax early in Hawaii.

Aloha Na Maka 'Ohana!
First of all, belated hau'oli la hanau wishes to Miyu-chan! How was her birthday celebration? I'm sure she had a lot of fun & received great presents!
Well, as you know, I'm counting down the days! Today makes 148 days until we arrive!! Yippee...we are all so excited! However, we are preparing for Koji and Sayuri's visit next month! We look forward to seeing you shortly!
You may have heard that I had surgery last week? Well, I'm doing fine. Resting up and once my doctor tells me I can, I'll be dancing and running in no time! I'm missing hula so much!!
Wishing all you moms a Happy Mother's Day celebration! You are appreciated and loved!!!

| aloha eveyone. How was Miyu's birthday? I bet she had a lot of fun with grandpa. We just celebrated May day. Momo and Cailyn was asked to perform for their class. It was their first may day program. They did a great job. it was so cute. We can't wait to see you guys next month. everyone is excited. take care and tell the rest of the dancers we said hi. Please tell all the moms in the Halau we said Happy Mother's day! |

| Hazy Weather

Hi Koji, Sayuri & Na Maka Japan!
The weather here has been hazy because of the vog. The haze makes colorful sunsets though! The pictures were taken from my house. It is nice to have sunny days again. I love summer weather! Longer days!
There are three confirmed cases of the swine flu in Hawaii. The three people had traveled to the mainland. I don't think you have to worry too much. I think that traveling from Japan is much safer. The Department of Health is doing a good job of educating the public and has a plan in place.
Seeing the pictures of Japan makes me want to be there again!

How have you been?
Japan is rain today. How about the weather of Hawaii? Sayuri and I will go to Hawaii next month. However, I am anxious.It is swine flu.Is swine flu of Hawaii all right?
Japan broadcasts the news of swine flu every day. I hope swine flu ends early.
Today's picture is Ohsukannon. All Ma-Maka Hawaii go to Osukannon on the last day of Hoike of this year.
