Hello! Na-Maka Hawaii ! New!
Hello! All Na-Maka Hawaii! This is Keiko & Ryosuke. Japan is hot hot hot 「あつーい！」 every day. But We went on a trip .we went to Yoron island. It's Kagoshima prefecture. It's near Okinawa. It'small island, but it has very beautiful beach. I like taking a nap on the beach. We spent happy time. Hi! Monica san!We are looking forward to seeing you and dancers in August. Beautiful weather! New!
We've been having beautiful weather. It's a little hot but not as hot as it is in Japan! We're so lucky to have trade winds! Here are pictures I took of a recent sunset, the orange tree in our back yard and lemon from the same tree! The orange tree was grafted on to a lemon tree. A few years ago (after 40 years), a branch grew straight up through the orange tree and gave us lemon! This is the most lemon we've had. It must be a special year! I worked a lot this weekend but still have so much more work to do! I need to work extra hard now so I can go to poly & hula class to prepare for our ho'ike. I look forward to seeing you in November! Please take good care of yourself and Sayuri so we can see you again soon! Have fun with the group going to Japan next month! I can't wait to hear all about their trip! Jen Santo

Aloha !Jen san and Na-Maka Ohana !(^_^)v I've never seen such beautiful flowers. Yes!The Hong Kong trip was very pleasant!!! I look forward to an Australian trip of 2012(^_^)v Jen san........ Japan is very hot (>_<).....Japan was 102F yesterday.... Last night it was so hot Icouldn't sleep(-_-)zzz It's so hot I don't want to do anything. It's awfully hot this summer. Hope to see you soon. Hi Koji-san!
My sisters and cousin had a great time in Hong Kong! They are looking forward to our next trip! I just finished a busy quarter end. I'm so tired but there's so much more work to do! I missed hula and poly last week because I had to work late so I was so happy to go to poly tonight! The night blooming cactus in our back yard was in full bloom this weekend. It has such a sweet fragrance but the flower only lasts through the night. There were 19 blossoms! Usually only about 4 or 5. It sounds like it's very hot in Japan! They're going to bake! They'll still enjoy Japan especially seeing and spending time with you, Sayuri and the rest of our Na Maka Japan ohana! You sound well! Take care! Jennifer

Aloha ! Monica san Nakia san !!and Na-Maka Ohana! I'm doing well !!!! The rainy season is over. After the rainy season,summer begins. According to the weather forecast,it'll be very hot this summer. Thinking of all of you!
Koji, Sayuri & the rest of our Na Maka Japan Ohana, I hope that you are all well! It was so very nice to see Koji in Hawaii last month. I hope that you were able to relax a little while you were here. Today is a rainy day in Hawaii. It made me think of tsuyu(?) in Japan. Is it raining there? We need more rain to help the farmers. They did't get enough rain this year. This weekend we will be celebrating Independence Day on the 4th of July. I don't know what we will do. The kids enjoy lighting fireworks. The City would like to ban fireworks but a lot of people are against it. I am busy at work and it will get worse over the next several months. It should get better for me by the time you come to Hawaii in November! I look forward to seeing you then! Good luck with your ho'ike in August! You will have so much fun with the group from Hawaii!
